In fact, we still manage properties that we started with in 1991. As a boutique, independant business, we offer a hands on, personalised and professional property management service to property owners within Auckland, New Zealand & overseas. As well as residential & commercial property management, we rent out properties on behalf of landlords, managing these houses & apartments professionally to maximise our client's property value. Most of the properties in our portfolio have been managed by our company for over 10 years & our team of employees are very experienced in all aspects of property management & rentals given our company history & long working relationships.
